• Present leadership sessions on succession planning, leadership pipeline and mentoring.

As a founder and organizer who created the National Association of Alumni Bands (NAoAB), I offer my expertise and operational leadership to alumni band organizations all over the country.  I've consulted with collegiate band directors and their alumni to help them create their new organizations from the ground up.  I've built a structured program to help the leaders learn how to establish their own alumni band and create self-managed organizations.  

Alumni bands across the country are organizing and collaborating because of the need to better structure their volunteers and create a more meaningful program for their alumni band members.

As President of NAoAB, I will consult and assist in growing programs by providing the necessary tools so volunteer band alumni members can better sustain their program.
